Boundless Ventures Led By Natasha Malpani Launches Rs 200 Cr Fund for Early-Stage Startups

Date:

Natasha Malpani, former partner at Kae Capital, has launched Boundless Ventures, an early-stage fund with a corpus of ₹200 crore aimed at investing in India’s rapidly growing AI startup ecosystem. The fund primarily focuses on pre-seed and seed-stage companies working across consumer AI applications, infrastructure, agent tooling, healthcare, logistics, and Make-in-India AI hardware.

Fund Focus and Early Investments

Boundless Ventures targets startups pushing innovation in crucial verticals shaped by AI. The fund has already made six investments, including:

  • SuperHealth – a healthcare technology startup.
  • Armatrix – a robotics firm.
  • Piersight – a spacetech venture.
  • Knot – a quick fashion delivery startup.
  • Plus two stealth-mode companies working on AI infrastructure and consumer AI.

These investments reflect the fund’s commitment to backing diverse, high-impact ventures that combine deep technical expertise with clear market potential.

A Founder-Centric Philosophy

Natasha Malpani built Boundless Ventures from her personal network of friends and family, emphasizing trust and agility. She said, “Founders who can marry technical depth with cultural fluency will be the ones who set the terms of the next wave. Boundless exists to back those founders before the world catches on.” The fund aims to be “sharp, fast, and rooted in trust,” offering founders more than just capital.

Strategic Support for Founders

Boundless Ventures is uniquely positioned to assist its portfolio companies with storytelling, market access, and network building. Natasha, who previously founded Boundless Media and helped scale Dice Media into a successful digital content powerhouse, brings a wealth of operational and creative expertise. This background enables her fund to provide hands-on guidance in brand-building, growth strategy, and expanding reach.

Natasha Malpani’s Track Record and Vision

Before launching Boundless Ventures, Natasha was a key player at Kae Capital. She is well-regarded for her deep understanding of emerging technologies and the startup landscape. Her previous ventures, especially in media and content creation, have set new standards in the Indian digital ecosystem.

Her latest fund reflects a vision to nurture India’s homegrown AI talent and companies, equipping them with not just funding but the ecosystem and storytelling muscle needed to thrive in global competition.
