Blinkit Adds Parental Controls for Safer Family Use

Just a day before this launch, it also introduced parental controls on its app. Now, users can hide sensitive or age-restricted products behind a PIN and set a recovery phone number. This helps families feel more comfortable allowing younger members to browse the app without worrying about inappropriate content.

Founder Albinder Dhindsa asked users to share feedback and ideas on how to make the app easier and safer for everyone in the family, showing the company’s focus on user experience.
