A New Direction: Robotics and Automation
Rithuparna is currently a final-year student of Robotics and Automation at Sahyadri College of Engineering in Mangaluru. While her peers kept pursuing medicine or continued reattempting NEET, she took a different path. She focused on robotics, automation, and mastering new technologies.

In 2024, she secured an eight-month internship with Rolls-Royce. Her dedication impressed the leadership, leading to a pre-placement offer in December 2024. By April 2025, her salary was significantly increased, making her the youngest woman at Rolls-Royce’s prestigious jet engine division.

While her NEET batchmates are still studying or searching for jobs, Rithuparna’s smart choices and hard work have put her leagues ahead. She believes that one failure should never define a person. Her advice to others: “Give 200% in whatever you do and stay connected to your family and roots.”
