Ola Rider’s Mistake But We End up Paying ₹3 Lakh in Hospital Bills – Victim’s Friend Slashes Ola For Denying Compensation

Pratyush Singh, a Delhi-based professional, has publicly accused an Ola bike rider of reckless driving that resulted in a severe accident. His colleague, a woman from Noida, suffered multiple surgeries and a medical bill exceeding ₹3 lakh.

Singh shared the incident on LinkedIn, stating that Ola initially promised support and reimbursement, but failed to follow through. He emphasized that this isn’t just about money but basic human decency. He questioned Ola’s commitment to supporting victims and called out the company for its lack of accountability.

Singh’s post also tagged Ola CEO Bhavish Aggarwal, asking, “Is this how you treat victims of your riders’ negligence? Where’s the accountability?”

In response, Ola Support said they were actively working on the issue and would connect with Singh soon, but the real question remains: Can tech platforms afford to treat real-life trauma as just another ticket in the system?
