Now, all Airtel users can enjoy a free 12-month subscription to Perplexity Pro, an advanced Gen-AI tool. Typically priced at ₹17,000 per year, this subscription is now available for free to Airtel users.

One user shared the interface of Airtel Thanks after redeeming Perplexity Pro:

This offer is available to all Airtel customers — including prepaid, postpaid, broadband, and DTH users. To claim it, users simply need to open the Airtel Thanks app, navigate to the “Rewards & OTT” section, and redeem the offer by logging into Perplexity. This marks Perplexity’s first partnership with a telecom operator in India.

Perplexity Pro comes with several premium features. Users can access powerful AI models like GPT-4.1, Claude 4, and Grok 4, along with benefits such as unlimited searches, model switching, file uploads, and even image generation. It’s designed to benefit students, professionals, and anyone seeking quick, reliable answers.

While tech giants like Google and Microsoft offer AI tools like Gemini and Copilot, Airtel’s free offer makes Perplexity Pro a more affordable alternative in India. This partnership not only enhances Airtel’s digital offerings but also strengthens its appeal among users keen on leveraging AI tools.

Airtel, one of India’s largest telecom companies, continues to innovate by providing value-added digital services. With this free Perplexity Pro subscription, Airtel aims to empower users to learn, search, and create more effectively using the latest AI technologies.
