How to apply for the accelerator programme of Government of the UAE for funding and global expansion?

An exciting opportunity has arisen for Indian startups, as the Government of the UAE has announced an accelerator programme designed to provide them with funding and support.

This programme also offers exclusive access to the market of the UAE as well as international markets. This initiative is part of the Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement (CEPA) between India and the UAE. We signed this agreement three years ago, on 18th Feb, 2022.

What is CEPA?

CEPA is essentially a type of free trade agreement that provides various benefits beyond traditional tariff reductions. It includes IP rights, digital trade, investment, services and some other key areas of economic cooperation.

How to apply?

Applications are open at https://lnkd.in/dHCtuRk8 until July 31, 2025. A transparent 100-point framework will evaluate submissions, emphasising the importance of detailed, high-quality applications.ations.

After the final pitch in New Delhi, 5 shortlisted startups will receive fully sponsored travel to the UAE, including hotel stays, round-trip flights, meals and local transport.

The UAE will connect them with prominent investors and introduce them to various government schemes that support startups.

This will enhance their chances of selection.

Align your startup with the UAE’s “Promising Economic Sectors” as listed on the UAE Ministry of Economy website—this could earn you crucial extra points in the evaluation.
